The one who interrupted our second grandson’s photo session. We rushed up to the hospital, but he decided to take his sweet time to actually make his appearance. After seeing these sweet photos of him, I think anyone would agree, it was well worth the wait! ❤️

It only took us 21 years to take a trip with just the two of us. We have visited Galveston several times with our children when they were young and had completed several youth trips with our home congregation, but that had been about nine to ten years ago. This trip was so different…..Different weather, and full rest and relaxation!!
This morning the woods were alive with light—ice catching the sun, branches shimmering like they were dusted with tiny jewels. Even the cold held beauty.
