The Photographer

Hello! I am so glad you are here.

I am a natural light photographer based in the beautiful Tyler, Texas area, where I have lived with my husband, Daniel, for 32 years. After a fulfilling career in education, Daniel now works alongside me as a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. He’s my biggest supporter and official tripod carrier (a title he wears proudly). We love serving our community together and are blessed with three wonderful children (two married), and our youngest is completing college. Best of all, we are proud grandparents to four precious grandsons who fill our lives with joy and laughter.

My faith and family are at the core of everything I do. This site is a small reflection of both - a creative space to share the beauty in everyday moments and the blessings God so graciously surrounds us with.

I have had a camera in hand (and boxes of prints to prove it) after my in-laws gifted us a film point-and-shoot camera in 1993. This same camera captured the majority of my children’s childhood. After years of saying I wanted to learn more, I finally stepped out of auto mode in late 2010 and never looked back.

Photography, for me, has always been a way of remembering, celebrating, and connecting. Whether it’s the laughter, chaos, quiet stillness, a hug, or fleeting glance, I strive to preserve these moments. My goal isn’t just to show you what the moment looked like, but to help you remember what it felt like.
